The primary mission of the UAS Ketchikan Library is to provide UAS students and faculty, without regard to their geographic location, with a full range of library services and resources. The library supports the instructional programs of the University and strives to meet the information and research needs of the Ketchikan community. The library offers access to high quality resources, services and gateways to information.


The Campus Library is located on the second floor of the Ziegler Building at 2600 Seventh Avenue on the main UAS Ketchikan campus in Ketchikan, Alaska.  There is an elevator from the first floor of the building, and the Library is ADA accessible. 


The Library's hours for Summer Intersession are:

Mondays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Tuesdays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Wednesdays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Thursdays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Fridays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Closed weekends.

The Campus Library is open reduced hours over holiday breaks and during the summer semester.  See the top page of the Campus Library website for current hours or call the Library at 907-228-4567 for details.
